Neal Firth
With backgrounds in both hardware and software development, more than thirty years in the high tech industry, extensive management experience, and an ability to think “out-of the box” Neal offers VIZIM clients insight and maturity that is not readily available. From his first job developing microcode simulators (chronicled as part of the Pulitzer prize winning "The Soul of a New Machine" by Tracy Kidder) to the last twelve years providing SCM related consulting, Neal's career has focused on the tools and automation that make organizations more productive.

Jeff Bowles
With over twenty years in software development as a programmer, support engineer, manager, developer, and trainer, Jeff brings clients immense experience. He worked with Perforce Corporation as one of the first two Perforce Consulting Partners. He has provided training to their employees on engineering and build/release topics, and training to their customers at Perforce classes in the San Francisco area. Jeff received the 2007 Perforce Corporation Lifetime Achievement Award.

Robert Cowham
Robert has over twenty years of experience in software development, with ten years specializing in configuration management consultancy and training. He is Chair of the Specialist Group for Change, Configuration and Release Management of the British Computer Society. He is also Co-Author of the monthly Crossroads Agile SCM column in the CM Journal. Robert was one of the two initial Perforce Consulting Partners. Robert is a Chartered Engineer, CEng, MBCS, CITP.

G. Matthew Rice
In addition to more than ten years of Perforce consulting and training experience, Matthew is an expert in the open source world. He is the Director of Product Development at the Linux Professional Institute and is also a co-founder and director of CLUE, the Canadian association for open source. Matthew is a founder of Starnix, a company that specializes in Linux and open source solutions for all IT related business needs. Matthew is a licensed professional engineer in Canada.
